Braves Collection: Lum Harris

1969 Topps #196 Lum Harris would be the manager who led the Braves to their first post-season in Atlanta. The 1969 Braves would win 83 games, but would be swept in the first National League Championship Series by the Miracle Mets. He was the last manager of the Houston Colt 45s and the first manager of the Houston Astros. He would manage the Braves from 1968 to 1972 when he would be replaced by Braves superstar and one of the all-time greats Eddie Mathews.
He was the Braves manager for the entire 1968 season and Topps couldn't get a photograph of him in a Braves uniform?
