Found it!

Colbey and The Chop Keeper were wondering what set my Chipper Jones auto from my last post was from. The copyright on the card is 1998 and I couldn't find the card in the SCD Catalog. Well, as it turns out, the card was actually inserted into Series 1 of 1999 Topps. I believe the correct set information is 1999 Topps Certified Autographs. The card number is A2.

Here's a link to a current auction for the same card. I need to get my hands on a 1999 Chipper SP auto as well. Those are very nice.
